Quickbox Returns Policy
Due to only selling bespoke packaging, we cannot accept returns nor offer a refund unless the items we have provided are faulty.
If in the unlikely event the product is either faulty or damaged please contact our returns team who will arrange this for you. In all instances, please contact them for a Case Reference before returning the goods.
Right To Cancel
As per the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods.
We regret that this does not apply to bespoke packaging purchases such as boxes that have been produced using our Box Calculator online or products that have been custom printed.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.
We will reimburse you in full for the product only on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless these goods are faulty or we have delivered them to you in error.
